  1. Right click on the image above to save it to your computer.

  1. You'll need your unique website code which can be downloaded below.
  2. Right-click to save the code in a text file to your computer.
  3. Send the text file to your website developer. Ask them to insert the attached code directly after the opening <body> tag on your home page.

Option: Add to your website property management page

Since Alex takes care of tenant enquiries, we recommend to add Alex to a page on your website with tenant specific information

  1. You'll need your unique website code which can be downloaded below.
  2. Right-click to save the code in a text file to your computer.
  3. Send the text file to your website developer. Ask them to insert the attached code directly after the opening <body> tag on each page where you want the plugin to appear.

Optimise your Ads Experience

If you are running ads, get Alex to capture all the relevant lead info (contact details, property address, other info, etc.). Each link, shown below, takes the user directly to the relevant lead capture experience. All you need to do is add the relevant link to the type of ad you are running, and Alex will do the rest. If you are using these links, just let our Customer Success team know (customersuccess@rentalheroes.com.au) who lead info should be emailed to.

Optimise your Ads Experience

Do you run ads to get new business? Let Alex capture all the relevant lead info (contact details, property address, other info, etc.).
