We are delighted that Stockland have decided to extend our engagement with Wetherill Park following a successful 8-week pilot across 149 stores.
Some the key results are:
Achieved an 81% tenant satisfaction rating following the logging of jobs.
Achieved an 89% “usage rate” of the Rental Heroes solution (vs traditional channels).
Logged a wide range of jobs across categories that ranged from cleaning requests to blocked-drains to aircon.
Continuously optimised the technology – 12 new feature releases and the ongoing tuning of our natural language AI (currently at 98% automation level).
