How much does it cost to use the Smart Assistant?

Good news! For users such as tenants and lease holders, the Smart Assistant is free to use.

My company hasn’t provided me with a work phone, what do I do?

No worries, you can use your personal Facebook Messenger account to log your requests and provide whatever email address you want, including a work email address to receive a confirmation email for any requests you log

I don’t have Facebook Messenger?

It won’t be long until we add new channels such as WhatsApp, SMS and Google Voice. Why don’t you register for our mailing list to keep informed.


What do you do with my personal data?

If your Facebook security settings have your public information shared, we only have access to your first name and last name. We have access to this data per Facebook Terms and Conditions. Any other information you choose to share with the chat bot, such as email, is explicitly requested and is not mandatory. You can email us at at any time with any questions or to request we remove your name from our database.

At no time does Rental Heroes use your data for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly agree for us to do so, such as by signing up for our newsletter. Rest assured by using our chatbot we promise we will never provide your information to third-parties, sell your information or serve you ads.
