Why Facebook Messenger?

We want to deliver a simple natural language experience, accessible on your mobile phone. Facebook Messenger is very common and provides a rich and engaging experience.

I don’t have/want Facebook Messenger, what do I do?

(1) You can follow the instructions on the poster and if you don’t have Facebook Messenger installed, you’ll be given the option to download it from the relevant app store.

(2) You can continue to call the Customer Care team and log your request as before.

What’s a QR code?

A QR code is a visual way to store a web link. Rather than having to type an address, open your camera, position the camera so the QR code is in the middle of the screen and a message will appear asking to follow the link or the link will open straight away.


 

What’s my unit number?

Your unit number is the number/code of your unit allocated by Stockland. If you can’t remember your number/code, it’s normally located outside of your store/business.

My Facebook Messenger is a personal account, not a work one?

That’s OK. We only use your name from Facebook to offer you a personalised experience. When you log a request, you will have the option to provide an email address you choose, such as a work one, where we will send you a confirmation email.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we only ask Facebook for your name and we do not collect any other personally identifiable information from you, unless you explicitly agree to share this information in the chatbot. We do not share any information with any other parties other than with Stockland for the purposes of managing facility and maintenance requests.
