FAQ

How does the free trial work?

You will receive 30 days free access to the chatbot and platform. The trial has no obligations, is completely free and you can cancel at any time. The only fee payable is the on-boarding fee to cover setup costs.

Why do I have to provide my credit card to sign-up?

For all plans, we charge a $99 non-refundable on-boarding fee. This fee covers the setup costs associated with setting up a dedicated instance of the chatbot platform along with connecting the chatbot to your Facebook page (or setting one up for you if you don't have one).

You will not be charged any plan fees until the trial period has concluded. You can cancel your plan at any time during your trial without incurring any additional charges.

Is the on-boarding fee refundable?

Unfortunately not. The fee covers the setup costs associated with setting up a dedicated instance of the chatbot platform along with connecting the chatbot to your Facebook page (or setting one up for you if you don't have one).

Why do I need a Facebook page?

Alex the chatbot runs on Facebook Messenger and for your customers to have access to Alex, it is a requirement that all Messenger based chatbots are associated with a Facebook page. A Facebook page may only have one chatbot associated with it at any time.

We can either connect Alex to your existing Facebook page (as long as there is no other chatbot connected already) or you can create a new Facebook page and we can connect to the new page. We can assist with setting up a new Facebook page on your behalf if required.

In all instances, we provide step-by-step instructions on how to setup Facebook to connect to Alex. Our friendly support team is also available to provide any additional assistance required.
