After the trial concludes, and if you choose to continue, you will automatically be charged the minimum monthly fee for your number of properties under management.
One of our team will organise a short call, to take you through the configurable elements in Alex that we customise to your specific business. We also take you through the various templates that we use to onboard tenants.
You will receive access to Alex. The trial has no obligations and you can cancel at any time. The only fee payable is the on-boarding fee to cover setup costs.
We highly recommend you choose one of the fridge magnets extras to help onboard your tenants on to Alex as quickly as possible.
For all plans, we charge a $199 non-refundable on-boarding fee. This fee covers the setup costs associated with setting up a dedicated instance of the chatbot platform along with connecting the chatbot to your Facebook page (or setting one up for you if you don't have one).
You will not be charged any plan fees until the trial period has concluded. You can cancel your plan at any time during your trial without incurring any additional charges.
At the end of the trial, your payment method will be automatically billed one month in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Your trial will commence once your customised version of Alex has been made available to you.

Yes, all pricing shown is exclusive of GST. GST will be automatically added at the checkout.
Magnets are only available in the quantities shown. However, you are able to order multiples of magnets, for example, if you wanted 750 magnets, you would add the 500 and 250 magnet options to the cart.
No, but we highly recommend it, especially for launch. We take care of all the hassle associated with distribution of physical letters and accompanying magnets to your tenants. However, if you prefer to do this yourself, then feel free to do so.
Yes, absolutely. We will adjust the letter to not refer to the magnets.
Yes, absolutely. We will provide all the templates required and you can print and distribute letters to your tenants yourself.
Yes, that's absolutely fine. We will provide templates with all the info needed that you can include in an email to your tenants.
Alex the chatbot runs on Facebook Messenger and for your customers to have access to Alex, it is a requirement that all Messenger based chatbots are associated with a Facebook page. A Facebook page may only have one chatbot associated with it at any time.
We can either connect Alex to your existing Facebook page (as long as there is no other chatbot connected already) or you can create a new Facebook page and we can connect to the new page. We can assist with setting up a new Facebook page on your behalf if required.
In all instances, we provide step-by-step instructions on how to setup Facebook to connect to Alex. Our friendly support team is also available to provide any additional assistance required.
