How do I proceed?

It's just 2 easy steps to get started on a trial...

Step 1 - Click on the Buy Now button to add Onboarding to your cart.

Once you have placed your order, one of our friendly team will be in touch to organise a convenient time to take you through the onboarding and configuration process.

I can't select the exact number of properties using the slider?

No problem. Choose the closest number of properties to get an indication of the monthly subscription or discounted annual fee.

The actual fee charged is based on the number of active properties we sync from your CRM system. This will be shown on your bill.

How does yearly billing / 20% discount work?

If you select our annual plan, you will receive a 20% discount off the monthly fee. The other benefit of pre-payment is you lock in your monthly pricing for 12 months.

When your first subscription fee becomes due, we will charge you 12 months subscription fee with a 20% discount on the card used to activate.

Subsequent renewals of annual and month-to-month plans will be based on current pricing at the time.

Do I need to lock-in for a set amount of time?

On the month-to-month plan there are no lock-in contracts. You will receive access to Alex and you can cancel at any time.

Please note that we do have a 90 days written notice period for service termination.

To benefit from the discounted rate of the annual plan, the contract term is 12 months.

Why do I have to provide my credit card to sign-up?

For all plans, we charge a $199 non-refundable on-boarding fee. This fee covers the setup costs associated with setting up a dedicated instance of the chatbot platform along with connecting the chatbot to your Facebook page (or setting one up for you if you don't have one).

You will not be charged any plan fees until the onboarding is complete and your chatbot is ready. You can cancel your plan at any time during your trial without incurring any additional charges.

For monthly plans, your payment method will be automatically billed one month in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

For annual plans, an invoice will be sent equivalent to 12 months subscription with discount applied.

Billing will commence once your customised version of Alex has been made available to you.

Is the on-boarding fee refundable?

Unfortunately not. The fee covers the setup costs associated with setting up a dedicated instance of the chatbot platform along with connecting the chatbot to your Facebook page (or setting one up for you if you don't have one).

Is pricing exclusive of GST?

Yes, all pricing shown is AUD exclusive of GST. GST will be automatically added at the checkout.

What's the onboarding & configuration process?

One of our team will organise a short call, to take you through the configurable elements in Alex that we customise to your specific business. We also take you through the various templates that we use to onboard tenants.

How do I order magnets?

It's really easy, order your magnets online here. Once we've received your order, we'll send you an artwork proof and once confirmed, we'll then send you the magnets.

Can I order magnets in other quantities?

Magnets are only available in the quantities shown. However, you are able to order multiples of magnets, for example, if you wanted 750 magnets, you would add the 500 and 250 magnet options to the cart.

Do I have to choose the letter delivery extra?

No, but we highly recommend it, especially for launch. We take care of all the hassle associated with distribution of physical letters and accompanying magnets to your tenants. However, if you prefer to do this yourself, then feel free to do so.

Can I have letter delivery without taking magnets?

Yes, absolutely. We will adjust the letter to not refer to the magnets.

Can I print letters and distribute myself?

Yes, absolutely. We will provide all the templates required and you can print and distribute letters to your tenants yourself.

Can I send an email to my tenants rather than a physical letter?

Yes, that's absolutely fine. We will provide templates with all the info needed that you can include in an email to your tenants.

Why do I need a Facebook page?

Alex the chatbot runs on Facebook Messenger and for your customers to have access to Alex, it is a requirement that all Messenger based chatbots are associated with a Facebook page. A Facebook page may only have one chatbot associated with it at any time.

We can either connect Alex to your existing Facebook page (as long as there is no other chatbot connected already) or you can create a new Facebook page and we can connect to the new page. We can assist with setting up a new Facebook page on your behalf if required.

In all instances, we provide step-by-step instructions on how to setup Facebook to connect to Alex. Our friendly support team is also available to provide any additional assistance required.
